Why is my product ad silent after I export from Premiere?

Work through the cause

1. Play an identified source clip and confirm whether it actually contains sound. Check the expected voice and music tracks in the sequence.
2. Inspect track mute states and the intended output mix. Restore only the tracks that belong in the approved version.
3. Confirm audio is included in export, then listen to the exported file in a separate player. Check the beginning, a spoken section and the ending.

A concrete case (illustrative)

Illustrative case: a reviewer muted the music to assess narration and the mute state remained during delivery. Alternatively, no music was ever added to the silent source. Those situations need different corrections.

Acceptance and next action

Pass when the delivered file contains the intended audible mix. Do not increase gain on a source with no sound, or claim that a silent generated assembly has failed to synthesize music it never promised.
