TERMS OF SERVICE · EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 4, 2026
The terms for using Itemlume.
These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and 东莞星织科技有限公司, the operator of Itemlume, when you create an account or use the private creative workspace.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement to use an Itemlume account. If you use Itemlume for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind it. Keep account credentials secure, provide accurate registration information, and promptly tell support@framesprite.com about suspected unauthorized access.
You may use a password or an available third-party sign-in method. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of unauthorized use. Do not share recovery codes or use another person’s identity provider account.
The service and credits
Itemlume provides tools for reference-led product images, editable posters, model references, creative planning, and short product videos. Features, supported models, limits, and providers may change as the service develops. Public pages can be viewed without an account; private creation requires sign-in and sufficient credits where a task has a stated credit cost.
Credits are units for eligible Itemlume operations, not money, stored value, or a transferable asset. Current availability, pack size, and purchase status appear on the pricing page. A task may reserve credits before provider submission. The workspace explains when a failed or uncertain provider request is refundable or requires review. Additional purchase terms shown at checkout apply when payments are enabled.
Monthly memberships and renewal
Starter costs $9.99 USD per month with 500 credits per confirmed paid cycle; Studio costs $29.99 with 2,000 credits; Scale costs $79.99 with 6,000 credits. PayPal memberships renew automatically at the displayed plan price until cancelled. Only a successfully confirmed payment issues credits and paid access; approval or a checkout return alone does not activate benefits. Failed or pending payments do not extend access.
Cancel future renewal in the workspace under Credits & plans. Current paid access remains until its paid-through date, and existing assets remain available to download. Plan changes require PayPal approval and take effect from the next successfully paid cycle, without automatic mid-cycle proration.
Product video generation, LOGO Studio and packaging design require membership. Starter permits up to two running tasks including one video; Studio permits four including one video with priority queuing; Scale permits eight including two videos with higher priority. Provider capacity can limit actual simultaneous execution. Starter includes 1K/2K image eligibility; Studio and Scale include 1K/2K/4K eligibility. 2K and 4K cannot be selected until their service output sizes are validated and enabled. Earlier purchased credits retain their original access and purchase terms.
Credit expiry, rollover and extra packs
Monthly credits expire at the end of their paid billing cycle. On-time renewal may carry forward unused monthly credits up to 50% of the previous plan allowance for one additional cycle; carried credits cannot roll over again. Credits expiring first are used first.
Current members can purchase one-time extra credit packs: 500 credits for $9.99 USD, 2,000 credits for $29.99 USD, or 6,000 credits for $79.99 USD. Each pack is valid for 12 months from confirmed payment. Extra credits do not upgrade membership, feature access, image resolution or task limits. Earlier purchased credits retain their original expiry and purchase rules.
Confirmed generation failures return reserved credits to their original source and expiry. Uncertain provider tasks are reconciled rather than automatically resubmitted. Cancellation and a payment refund are separate actions. For a completely unused paid monthly allowance or extra pack, contact support within 14 days of payment for review under the refund policy. Eligibility depends on delivered benefits, usage records and applicable consumer rights.
Your content and permissions
You retain the rights you have in content you upload and in eligible outputs, subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You give Itemlume a limited, worldwide permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service and to complete the operations you request.
You confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and lawful basis for product images, trademarks, faces, model references, prompts, and other material you submit. Uploading an image of a person does not prove consent. You are responsible for obtaining releases and for deciding whether an output can lawfully be published or used commercially.
Acceptable use
Itemlume is for ordinary commerce creative work. Do not submit, request, or publish nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive content, intimate imagery, or sexualized depictions of any person, whether real or AI-generated. AI-generated model characters must be fictional adults in non-suggestive product and apparel presentations. Real-person references require the necessary consent and rights and must not be used for impersonation. Do not use Itemlume to violate law or another person’s rights; impersonate or deceive; create deepfakes or unauthorized face swaps; exploit or sexualize minors; facilitate fraud, malware, harassment, or violence; bypass access, safety, rate, or credit controls; probe accounts or systems without authorization; resell access credentials; or submit content you are not authorized to process.
Do not present generated people, endorsements, product properties, prices, medical effects, ingredients, certifications, or other material facts as authentic without appropriate review and substantiation. We may block a request, remove content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably needed to enforce these terms, protect users or providers, or comply with law.
AI results and publishing responsibility
Generative systems are probabilistic. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, similar to other material, or unsuitable for your purpose. A reference image does not guarantee an exact product or identity lock. Generated text and pixels may alter logos, packaging, anatomy, quantities, colors, claims, or small details.
You must compare results with the source, verify rights and factual claims, add exact commercial copy in an editable layer where appropriate, and follow the rules of each marketplace or advertising channel. Itemlume does not provide legal, medical, advertising, or marketplace-compliance advice and does not guarantee approval, ranking, conversion, or sales.
Third-party services and intellectual property
Google, Apple, AI providers, hosting, email, and payment services may support parts of Itemlume. Their terms and availability also apply to your use of their functions. Itemlume is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, policy, interruption, or content.
The Itemlume product, site design, software, documentation, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to the operator. These terms permit use of the service; they do not transfer Itemlume technology or trademarks. You may send feedback, and you allow us to use that feedback without an obligation to compensate you.
Suspension, termination, and disclaimers
You may stop using Itemlume at any time and may contact support about account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal or security risk, non-payment, provider restriction, or conduct that threatens the service or others. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
To the extent permitted by law, Itemlume is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from the service. Any mandatory rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
Changes, disputes, and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented on the site or through an appropriate account notice. Continuing to use the service after revised terms take effect means you accept them where applicable law permits.
Contact support@framesprite.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator in the People’s Republic of China, without taking away mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply in your place of residence. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.
