Unused purchases

Contact support@framesprite.com within 14 days of payment to request review of a completely unused paid monthly allowance or extra credit pack. Include the account email and payment or order reference. Do not send passwords, card numbers, or API keys. Eligibility depends on delivered benefits, usage records and applicable consumer rights; we check those records before confirming a refund.

Used credits and service problems

Credits already consumed by successfully delivered generations are normally not refundable for a change of mind. Duplicate charges, missing credit delivery, a material service fault, or a result that could not be delivered will be reviewed individually. This does not limit a refund or other remedy required by applicable consumer law.

A definite failed generation restores its reserved generation credits. A failed or inconclusive output safety check withholds the output and restores those credits. A provider request with an unknown outcome may remain pending until it can be reconciled; please contact support instead of repeatedly paying to resubmit it. Restoring generation credits is different from returning a purchase payment.

Cancellation and payment refunds

Cancel future membership renewal in the workspace under Credits & plans. Current paid access remains until its paid-through date, and existing assets remain available to download. Cancellation does not automatically refund the current payment. One-time extra credit packs do not renew. Account deletion does not itself request a refund; contact support first if a purchase remains unresolved.

Approved refunds return through the original payment provider and adjust the corresponding credits and access while preserving unrelated valid payment sources. If the refunded credits have already been consumed, a corresponding amount is recorded for offset. Processing time depends on the provider and your bank; support will confirm the refund status without promising an instant bank credit.

Consumer rights and contact

Nothing in this policy excludes mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, conformity, or refund rights that apply to you. If immediate digital delivery requires consent or acknowledgment under applicable law, that must be presented at checkout. The terms shown for the actual transaction and applicable law govern where they provide additional protection.
