Standard 1K images use 10 credits, 2K uses 15 and 4K uses 20. AI copy and concept planning are free. Image and video generation use credits.
Current product video options: 5, 10 or 15 seconds, 720p, silent. Video rates: 720p 8 credits per second. AI copy and concept planning are free. The 720p / 1K (1080p) / 2K / 4K pricing tiers are 8 / 10 / 15 / 20 credits per second; higher tiers remain unavailable until the current service supports their output.
Membership questions
How does renewal work?
PayPal bills monthly from your subscription date. Successful recurring payments issue the allowance for that paid cycle. Failed or pending payments do not add credits or extend access. Returning from checkout alone does not activate paid access.
Can I cancel or change my plan?
Cancel auto-renew in your workspace. Current paid access lasts until its paid-through date. Plan changes require PayPal approval and apply from the next paid cycle, with no automatic mid-cycle proration.
What happens to unused credits?
On-time renewal rolls over remaining monthly credits up to 50% of the previous plan's allowance for one cycle. Rollover credits cannot roll over again. Extra packs expire after 12 months. Earlier purchased credits retain their previous rules. The earliest-expiring credits are spent first.
Do extra credits unlock LOGO Studio, packaging, video or 4K?
No. These rights follow your membership tier. Extra credits only increase the balance. Add-on checkout is available to current members.
What if a generation fails?
Confirmed failures return reserved credits to their original source and expiry. Uncertain provider tasks remain reserved during reconciliation and are never automatically submitted a second time. Review product and model accuracy before publication.
Where do I find completed work?
My assets holds generated work; Generation tasks shows progress. Existing assets remain available for download after cancellation.
Which payment methods can I use?
PayPal checkout supports monthly USD memberships and one-time extra credit packs when configured. PayPal shows the payment methods available for your account and region.
