DELIVERY TROUBLESHOOTING / Product videos

Why does my exported poster frame omit the ad’s logo and captions?

Check which monitor supplied the still. A source view shows source media, while the program view represents the edited sequence. Exporting from the wrong context can omit graphics that exist only in the edit.

01 / WHY DOES MY EXPORTED POSTER FRAME OMIT THE AD’S LOGO AND CAPTIONS?

Work through the cause

  1. Find the approved frame in the final sequence and confirm that required graphics are visible in the program view.
  2. Use the frame export associated with the intended view. Save a distinct filename that identifies the sequence and frame.
  3. Open the still outside the editor and compare it with the program image. Check whether a separate caption-export choice affects the intended appearance.
02 / WHY DOES MY EXPORTED POSTER FRAME OMIT THE AD’S LOGO AND CAPTIONS?

A concrete case (illustrative)

Illustrative case: the bottle clip is visible in the Source Monitor, while the finished ad has a live logo layer above it. A still from the source is not the complete campaign composition.

03 / WHY DOES MY EXPORTED POSTER FRAME OMIT THE AD’S LOGO AND CAPTIONS?

Acceptance and next action

Pass when the delivered poster matches the intended final composition. Choosing an attractive moment and exporting from the correct view are separate decisions; perform both checks. Do not add a misleading graphic merely to make the poster resemble the timeline.
