A+ product pages / SCENARIO GUIDE
How to make A+ content readable on a phone
Give each module one main question and check it at the width where shoppers will actually read it. A high-resolution image does not rescue a miniature paragraph. Simplify the information hierarchy before increasing the file size or adding another decorative panel.
Find the first decision in each module
A travel mug module may answer whether the lid opens with one hand, what the pack includes or how large the mug is. Those are different tasks. Combine them only if the reader can follow the relationship at a small size; otherwise give them separate places in the sequence.
Write a short English heading and a factual supporting line before generating. Remove duplicated adjectives and information already obvious in the picture. Keep the exact evidence available in your product record so brevity does not turn into an unsupported claim.
Choose a reading hierarchy
| Level | Job | Mobile review |
|---|---|---|
| Heading | Name the benefit or question | Readable without zooming |
| Product view | Show the supporting evidence | Feature not hidden by copy |
| Supporting line | Explain one factual detail | Short and tied to the visible product |
| Specifications | Resolve precise uncertainty | Separated from decorative copy |
This is an editorial hierarchy, not a universal pixel-size rule. Fonts, destination modules and screen widths vary. Evaluate your real downloaded image in the actual listing preview rather than adopting a generic “perfect” font size.
Simplify the module before regeneration
- Open A+ product pages with the selected module and approved facts.
- Reduce the module to one headline, a useful product view and only the necessary supporting detail.
- Generate and inspect the actual text for accuracy and legibility.
- If the destination crop hides important content, revise the composition or divide the explanation.
A tall infographic may look complete in the workspace and become exhausting on a phone. Check the placement in the destination system. Itemlume does not reproduce every marketplace’s mobile rendering or automatically create the platform’s native text modules.
Check the whole sequence, not just a panel
Read the modules in order on a phone or a realistic narrow preview. Can the viewer identify the item, understand the main benefit and find the specification they need? Remove a repeated scene if it delays an answer without adding information. Keep the first useful product view near the start.
Ask a reviewer to identify the message without your explanation. If they notice atmosphere but cannot state the product fact, the module needs work. Preserve exact offer and regulatory wording in an appropriate final editing workflow, and recheck the asset after any resizing or upload compression.

Frequently asked questions
Does 4K make small text readable on mobile?
Not automatically. Readability depends on the displayed size, hierarchy, crop and amount of text.
Should I put all product facts into one infographic?
Only if they remain easy to read. Split distinct buyer questions into useful modules instead of creating a dense wall of copy.
Can I trust the workbench preview as the final listing layout?
No. Inspect the downloaded asset in the destination platform’s real preview and mobile presentation.
